- In the case of cup coffee packaging, a multilayer structure (PP // AL // PP) is designed by laminating aluminum foil on IML to reduce gas permeation (oxygen permeation) and prevent product oxidation during distribution, making recycling difficult and a headache for manufacturers and the Ministry of Environment.
